This policy explains how Theseus Elio handles information when you visit theseuselio.bond, browse our course catalog, save courses in Fallows, use the cart, or contact our support team.

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. We use that information only to respond, maintain support records, and protect the service from misuse.
3. Browser storage
Fallows stores tracked course IDs in your browser under trackedCourseIds. The cart stores course IDs and quantities under cartItems. These values are not a server account and can be deleted through the relevant page or your browser settings. A preference value remembers cookie-banner dismissal and theme choice.
4. Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small preference mechanism for functionality. We do not claim that local browser storage is a substitute for account security. If analytics or embedded services are added later, this policy will be updated before those services are activated.
5. Retention and security
Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, service administration, dispute handling, or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
