1. Agreement
By using Theseus Elio pages, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Educational purpose
Courses provide general educational information about household faucet inspection and maintenance. They are not a promise that a particular repair will succeed, and they do not replace local regulations, manufacturer instructions, or qualified professional advice.
3. Safe use
You are responsible for working within your skill level, following product instructions, protecting your home, and stopping when conditions are unsafe. Theseus Elio is not responsible for damage resulting from using information without appropriate judgment or professional assistance.
4. Catalog, cart, and demonstration checkout
Catalog prices and descriptions are presented for the site experience. The current cart does not process payment or create enrollment. A confirmation modal is informational only, and no order exists unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.
5. Intellectual property
Text, course organization, names, and interface content belong to Theseus Elio or its licensors. You may use the service for personal learning, but may not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute substantial content without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse the contact form, or attempt to access systems that are not intended for you.
7. Availability and changes
We may revise, suspend, or discontinue features and update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after a published update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
